Bloodsworn are the player characters of The Duskbloods: people given superhuman ability through special blood. Miyazaki says the full game fields over a dozen, with identity, appearance, unique weapons, and some customization. Network Test Ver. shipped six named kits — Albert, Bloodhand Jan, Trang Lanh, Sniper Layla, Senator Samir Patres, and Zork — each with a melee weapon, a ranged weapon, two Bloodsworn Skills, and two aspects. Filter the list on those fields, then pin two kits to compare them. The still below is the shared Nintendo eShop multi-figure plate, not a per-character portrait.

Bloodsworn
Compare
Albert
Treasured sword melee plus submachine gun. Blood Blade scales with blood caliber.
Bloodhand Jan
Left-hand Stone of Sorcery unleashes flames. Blink enhances evasion with blood.
Trang Lanh
Cold-silver circular blade used in melee or thrown like a chakram. Mama Nātha summons a giant silver serpent.
Sniper Layla
Bronze katars plus a sizable sniper rifle. Nighteye lengthens lock-on and observation range.
Senator Samir Patres
Rapier melee; ring sends a prehistoric spectral bird. Saurian Form becomes a carnivorous dinosaur.
Zork
Diving-suit Bloodsworn. Human Rocket deploys a back propulsion charge. Law of the Deep Sea steals max HP from defeated Bloodsworn.

Night street fight before a clock tower: a white-haired Bloodsworn fires a pistol, a diving-suit fighter swings a cable, and an ally in a pale dress casts, with bodies hung from poles.

Foggy dusk city around a vaulted glass-and-iron station hall, with vintage cars, tram tracks, streetlamps, and forested hills behind.
Six test kits, over a dozen at retail
Keep the counts separate. The six names on this page are first-party Network Test Ver. records from the official gameplay guide. Retail copy still says “over a dozen” without publishing the rest of the roster, so this wiki does not invent extra slugs. Skills and aspects are customizable in the release version; the test froze them per kit. Weapons stay bound to the named Bloodsworn in that guide rather than to a loot table, which is why there is no standalone weapons database here.
Each kit row exposes melee, ranged, skill 1, skill 2, aspect 1, and aspect 2. Open a name for the same fields plus the guide’s kit note. Pin two rows to build a compare table on those shared columns. Emptying a filter restores all six. The eShop street-fight still is the roster plate because campaign portraits on media. fromsoftware. jp are not bound to the Nintendo product API used for this site’s media receipt.
How to pick a test kit
Albert is saber plus submachine gun with a blood blade that scales on caliber. Bloodhand Jan is axe plus a left-hand flame stone, with Blink for evasion. Trang Lanh throws and swings the same Full Moon Blade and can hide behind Darkmoon. Sniper Layla holds a lane with Nighteye and pays for it with weaker Goldblood healing. Senator Samir Patres fences with a rapier, sends a spectral bird, and can commit to Saurian Form. Zork is the diving suit: cable, speargun, missile, human rocket, and stolen max HP that a victim can take back.
Filter melee to Lorrik’s Jeweled Saber if you want Albert alone. Pin Albert and Bloodhand Jan to compare treasured-sword gunplay against axe-and-stone blood tricks. Then open the entity page for the kit you will actually take into House of Night. None of these six is a tier list. The official guide does not rank them. Survive culling with Virtue, not with a fan ordering.
